West of Broken Bow | Very nice. I think the postcard of the Santa Fe passenger station might be the same as what I have. There had been a restaurant upstairs. Believe two brothers from Chicago ran it.
My grandparents met at that building for the first time. One of my aunts in later years recalled there being marble on the walls somewhere. Too bad the city didn't save the building. The Santa Fe railroad was the heart of the city at one time, according to historical books. | |
