Ontario | Of course they want mobile temps. Around here if you want to work in a factory to HAVE to go through a temp agency. By doing that the factory does not have to provide you with any benefits, can keep you out of the union, pay you a lower wage with no chance of a raise and the second they don't like something about you can simply call the agency for a replacement.
These days is they really don't care if an employee is good they just want you to be expendable. People like to bitch and complain about millennials but the fact is boomers are the ones that raised them and boomers are the ones sitting on top of the ladder not giving the younger generation a chance to advance
