WI | It's pretty common working in AG. Especially if they are between the ages of 20-30. Some don't last a month when they figure out they have responsibilities. Others last a year but, don't stick around because, they didn't make it up the totem pole and get butthurt. In their eyes, they are entitled to running every piece of equipment on the place and want to call the shots.
Then there's some who don't fit in either category and do just fine. | |
