North Central Texas | It was bugging me since it looked like others and I knew the current one in Cleburne wasn't that old. Burned down in 1912 so the pic is from before. Same guy designed hill, hood, and parker county and they look similar.
South square according to the pic and towns had drawings each month on the square. Local business would contribute items and you had to be present to win. Most the full square pictures were taken on the day of a drawing.
That one was built in 1883
