Locksmith will have keys but you will have to prove it belongs to you/mil. May ask for POA.
I was in a locksmith few years ago getting locks keyed alike, guy brought in small safe to get open. They took it then when he could not prove ownership, they said police will witness opening or take it back! Dude took it back!!
