German restaurant closed and they had great food. Now we go to Texas Roadhouse on JJ just east of the Home Depot. Seems the chef there gets it right more often than not. Otherwise the BP in East Troy has smoked ribs, smoked chicken, smoked brisket. Just off 43 on Hwy 20 . Closed Monday and maybe Tuesday's.
