North of London		Just to point out that land is 'easy' only if you are able to make the payments until it is paid for and appreciation kicks in.

Those who are unable to cash flow land payments can and have lost it all after years of hard work.

There is definitely luck involved but sometimes people help make their own luck too by making good decisions.
