Manitoba, Canada | Good question. That's something to ask the companies. Maybe the land value will increase because of the revenue stream while it is operational but what about once it is abandoned? I would want the company to put money aside during the productive years for the removal and reclamation of the land. Otherwise, all the money they paid the landowner might be spent to remove it or in the form of lower land value because of known future issues.
