Pressure switch. 90% of the time. If the switch is on a pipe, I've had the tiny pipe plug, new switch didn't "work" because of the tiny pipe plugged with sludge.
Pump or capacitors. (Have a lightening storm go through?)
Usually you can hear the pump if you listen on the pipe. Is the pump running?
