| I live beside a native reserve. The project would be 90 percent on there reserve. My involvement or not will not change the outcome. If I stay out I know my neighbor is in and the tower is constructed on his land. I look and live with the turbine and he gets the check. Why not maybe me get the check and have a turbine on my land Just thinking out load.
