I get upset when people follow too closely with no intention of passing.  It's tough to pass a pickup and a semi in one shot.  Nobody should have to squeeze in between you and the vehicle in front of you.  If you're that close, why aren't you passing?  If you aren't going to pass, why are you that close?  If someone wants to drive 50 MPH in a 60 MPH zone, I'll never complain about them, but I will complain about the 2nd car that follows so close the 3rd car has to get them both.....That's when the parade starts.
