I don't like these emissions crap anymore then the next guy. But we've had over 20 pieces of equipment from skid steers to combines with Tier 4 engines mostly JD and have had only one 45 minute delay. We did buy a 1984 Ford dump truck with a 855 out of CA and it had a aftermarket exhaust filter on it. That was an easy fix.
