NE Iowa | I know of a def burning Cummins isx that has been tuned to no longer need def and the egr has been blocked off. Cost was around$6000 I was told. Lots more demand for Over the road truck software tunes to eliminate headaches, as previously stated a derate halfway across the country at 2am sucks. . This truck also can't be serviced at a peterbilt dealer anymore. Point being that if it can be done on an over the road truck engine than it can likely be done to a tractor diesel if someone figures out how to write the tune
