southern MN | Man I'm sick of groundwater.
Sitting here listening to the rain - and seems like a few hail - beat off the Windows again. Lightening show been going on for over a half hour now. Baled some wet hay this afternoon (can't get any dry hay this year it rains every 48 hours...), we are in a storm watch that should deliver 2-5 inches, possibly more, over the next 3 days. Ground was so wet baling it hardly carries the baler from the previous 273 rain events it seems like we have had this summer.
Today was supposed to be the last good dry day, and a goofy stray shower passed through at 11:00am, was t enough to measure but even a light drip like that can mess up hay making.
The stress kinda builds on a person.
I vote down with ground water, we have way too much anyhow.
