You could be right but beans are currently roughly a dollar higher then last year and yielding I'm guessing higher then last year, combined could be $100/ac more revenue then a year ago? Don't know anything on the livestock but if I could buy a nice hog finisher cheap and rent it out for $25/space that would be a great investment
