Kansas | The field is 75 acres in total, but as I said it is has a ditch running through it, I have milo on the north side of 41 acres, last fall I did wheat on the south 29 acres then double cropped beans after this past harvest. I did this for two reasons, one was to work on the purple weed problem, and the other was because this is our first year completely no-til and I knew the guy would be wanting it worked and put back to wheat if I didn't, guess that last one didn't take though.
This guy has become somewhat notorious around here for being somewhat stingy considering he lives in what looks like close to a Million $ home in town. Got close to an inch of rain yesterday, so maybe it will stay wet long enough it will get too late for wheat planting anyway. | |
