| I don't know what size you are but our overall debt to asset rations are similar. I have some free and clear land and some at 10-20% debt with real conservative values. My realestate debt is with a separate lender. My banker has been doing everything you are talking about from the beginning. But he is the kind of guy that works late so he never makes a mistake and he is a farm kid so he has good background, I sure as heck would not piss off your banker unless you have an exit plan.
