I did not answer it for two reasons. First, I am in a portion of the state that gets plenty of water and ground water at least to date is not an issue that I am aware of. If it is I'm certainly not the person to talk to about it because I know nothing. Second, I did not know her from Eve, and she could be anything from legitimate to an internet troll. Since "first" was already applicable, I did not need to worry about "second".

The older I get, the less inclined I am to answer unsolicited requests be it via phone or email. I quit opening junk snail mail years ago.
