Sounds like they need more collateral. Also sounds like some of the bankers lived through the 80's. Quite a bit of equipment :disappeared " when things tightened up. Hard to trace without a serial number.
If you have another bank in mind might call and see what their collateral requirements would be. Could be the same as your present bank.
