We have an 8960 and really like it. Like you said it is only 250 hp. My thoughts always were instead of buying a 250hp 4wd you might be better with a 225 mfwd. Not nuch less hp and plenty of traction for the hp, but more veratile for other jobs such as planting, grain cart, or in our case a grain vac.
