Subject: RE: Grain bagger or steel bins?

Northwest IA. Near Ft. Dodge
Don't have a bagger currently. Only a few bins. Remember to get an auger with big capacity even close to bagger is costly. Bins use electricity also. Maybe not a lot, but it does add up. If bag spoils, loose 15,000 not all or say contaminate a 30,000 bin. No taxes. Don't feel like you have to use it every year. Older I get, less climbing I like to do. Bags everything on ground level. Maybe can get by with one less truck or wagon and less hired help. These are the thoughts I have been daydreaming about lately. Whatching neighbors to see how they get along with bags currently.
