Glad my parents have it in their will that both me and my sister have to get a prenup to protect the farm ground or we get no farm inheritance. My sister didn't think it was a big deal so skipped the prenup, she thought ground was $100 per acre and she was getting 25 acres. She knows nothing of farming, her half would have been 250 acres.
