middle TN | I have loosened the screws that hold the head on mine and just taken it apart and just cleaned it up. It worked better afterward. I think it gets corrosion between the heating element and the head. Years ago, I sent our original X50 into Rinehart and they reconditioned it, don't remember what they did, but it worked like new afterward. It worked fine until I left it sitting on the fender of the trailer, and proceeded to take off with trailer. It bounced off and got ran over, I just bought a new one then.
