Elizabethtown,KY		I'm assuming that mom is young enough that she still needs income from the farm to survive? Are there siblings involved in any way with the farm? We need more info to help.

Sorry about the loss of your dad, it will be 8 years this November that mine passed at 88, I was fortunate enough to work with him until he was a little past 80 although about he did was help with moves between farms the last year or so.
