I tried some Prepare last spring and I like Olympus better. I like Maverick too but it has long residual. A very good application with ten gallons mix per acre will give a good barrier and spraying with Roundup works nice to kill anything that is growing after you seed. Olympus and RT3 work nice together for me if I can get a time without wind.
