Other than the potential yield loss now, if you wait until after a freeze, harvest won't be a problem. Once the aphids are gone, even on green leaves, in a week or two the honeydew dries out. After a freeze, the honeydew will be dry and do will the leaves, so now problem.
If the aphids get in bad shortly after heading, yield loss can be 100%. Once it starts coloring, we have let the aphid go, until we start looking at it for harvestablity.
