Subject: Grain bagger or steel bins?

Baldwin City, KS
Currently have zero on farm storage, but wanting to start doing something. I keep thinking about grain bags as an option, but don't know a whole lot about them. How large is the risk of a catastrophic failure, i.e. split bags, wildlife damage etc? What does a bag cost per bu? If I don't like system, how easy is it to resell and capture 65-75% of the initial investment? Can you do partial bags pretty easily (we have small fields) ? It just seems like it might be something to think about with several landlords and units to deal with and no scales outside of the grain cart. Not looking for long term storage either. Just wanting to capture some basis improvement and carry. Thanks
