Southern IL Randolph County | Yes we have some of that here also. We tried some DK 63-55 this year and it is a mess in some places. Running 15-16 percent, but terrible stalk quality. Been checking some other varieties, but they seem a little better, although we had some heavy rain last night along with some wind in some local areas, so we will see. Stalk quality will be an issue here and our late planted corn had southern rust bad so not sure how that will end up either. |
