Ron Thankyou for pointing all that out I would have never thought a plane that size would have crosswind gear. Have a friend who bought SN# 3 Cessna 180 built, out of a barn in northern MT and it had the crosswind gear on it you mentioned. He removed it. Interesting forsure and what a Mammoth ! Thanks. P40s are a neatly designed aircraft forsure !!
