Based on 43 years experience-make sure you are mentally ready to shut down your planter when someone needs seed while you are running. Be ready to unload a delivery truck when you are in the field. Be available 24-7 before and during planting season. Be honest. Basically treat customers the way you would like to be treated, then add 10%.
