My equipment/building dealer that I purchased from was my "general contractor" but I also kept my finger on the pulse of how things were progressing.
That is pretty standard operating procedure here in MN and I guess the way they get paid is built into the markup of what they sell you.
For the most part this has worked well for us and as we learn from each new barn we build the process gets smoother each time!
