Subject: RE: lower protein levels

Lancaster, OH
Have had a couple of replicated spring wheat plots with Take Off ST seed treatment with increased protein levels. Considering that this product feeds the system in the plant that converts Nitrogen & Carbon into amino acids and proteins, that makes sense. This info is more indicative than predictive, I'd say, since the results are limited. However, these are the only plot reports we've seen that provided protein levels so there is no info that says otherwise. The technology was developed by Los Alamos Labs to increase nitrogen efficiency.

I wouldn't recommend this product only for protein as the real benefit is in emergence, establishment and ultimate yield.
