Most likely all 30 to 32 degrees will do is kill the top leaves leaving the ear shank and stalk alive to finish filling the kernel a corn plant will finish the kernel even if it doesn't have leaves by cannibalizing the stalk. With the test weight showing 50.5 at that of high of moisture I bet the test weight will be at least 56 lbs especially that corn on the left.
