So nobody wants to plant wheat because of the price...I don't want to either but realistically what else are we going to plant? I've always been a big milo guy but I wouldn't plant the whole farm to it under the best of circumstances and now the price for it is a joke as well. Not only that but the Sugarcane Aphid has become a game changer. Dryland corn might work 1 year out of 10 'here' and is uninsurable so that's out. Cotton looks great this year but I don't know if the economics of it are any better than wheat or milo.
