Central Ohio is off. I'd say that the areas with a history of large fluctuations in yield (gravel, etc.) are likely off about 25%. On heavier ground/better soils, 10-15%. I think that soybeans will be the stars of the year due to the late rains but not much above 5 year average.

As I travel in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois I can't see an average crop, overall, but it wouldn't take much of Illinois to do well to cover up some of the other.
