Garrett County, MD | Mycogen is Dows flagship. They have been around. We have been planting some for years now. They have access to tier 1 genetics, they "co authored" smart stax with monsanto. Nothing wrong with them and their corn prices are usually cheaper than dekalb. Have to watch their "day" rating and look at the gdu to blacklayer instead because they use a different scale on their day ratings. They are well known in the Northeast. Im not sure what marketshare they have nationally? Maybe 5%? | |
