Around here they are called Silver Savers, and the Straight Through Seeders are the cover crop specials. ;)


But in all seriousness to the OP, we have a rancher that we combine for, and he is proud of good test weight, and greatly desires fall pasture, so he tells us to crank up the wind and blow out the light stuff. He cross discs it and waters it up, and has fantastic fall pasture. That really doesnt answer the cover crop question though, but I imagine light seeds could easily be sprinkled in and blown out, how to mount it is the question though.
