Can't tell you about mixing but can tell you we had a 1000 gal trailer load that temps got down to sub 20 degrees F and we had it settle out. Waited until a warm day and agitated and finally got it back into suspension. Just pulled up a label on Thio-Sol and it says salting out is 43 to 45 degrees.
Cutting 32% with ATS ?
