our state is full of morons. this land thing spun way out of control too rapidly and now they are all scratching their heads on what to do next. last year they sent out refund cards in the mail, amounted to a hundred bucks an 80. meanwhile all the schools in the state are going to be brand new, so I guess that is a good thing.
