East Central, Nebraska | so what are we looking at here? did it not get rented, turned into crp, rented to a bad renter?
unfortunately I try to look out for my landlords best interests if I can, we took and chopped up a low yielding irrigated 80 and it looks kind of like that. crp people told him to leave it alone but are still paying him more than I ever could. now we are both happy. sure I don't like the weeds but he has to abide by their rules to get the check.
