Se wisc. | What I have a hard time understanding would be the large animal unit dairy,hog and poultry farms that let odor and nutrient discharges without the control measures that even small communities have to comply with. No reason these farms should not be held to the same standards that other municipalities with human wastes are required to meet. Maybe they are suppose to but no Enforcement? I think the technology is out there but maybe if this was enforced the BTO would think twice about sizing. Concentrated animal units are something that needs more addressing in Wi. | |
