We sprayed some kochia this summer and mixed Aim with paraquat.  I didn't do a replicated trial or even a side by side and I don't like to give bad advise, but it did seem the Aim heated up the paraquat.

I haven't tried 2,4-D with paraquat, but my comment on that would be that 2,4-D is safe on wheat pre-emerge.  NDSU has found as much as 1 lb/A 2,4-D is safe up to wheat emergence.  1lb would be 22 oz of LV6 or 34 oz of Amine.  That seems pretty heavy to me, I would be more comfortable with 8 oz LV6 or 12 oz of Amine right before seeding and up to emergence, this is a common practice in ND, but the 2,4-D is mixed with glyphosate, not paraquat.

2,4-D is very damaging to winter wheat in the fall.
