Amherst WI | I don't totally understand all these "greedy" landlord threads lately.
Yes some are, but other times there are people like those you mentioned that really that rely on that income. Land rental is capitalism, and people seem to like capitalism until they are on the wrong end of it. Chances are the same people screaming about these "obscene rents" will be renting or selling their land in the top 25% of asking price too some day. | |
