E.Central MN | Its not unusual for us to get so much rain after planting that the low spots will drown out and then those spots grow up in weeds later in the summer. This year we've been so wet all summer that even the weeds haven't been able to survive in the drowned out spots. Another problem this year is that the cat tail spots are expanding in the canary grass meadows, haven't been able to cut much hay in the meadows since they've been underwater all summer. It can stop raining any time now. | |
