Subject: RE: Elevation Compensation System for GPS Leveling

Brisbane, Australia
This is NOT the Trimble system. I've been working on this for over a year now and been testing it on and off for 6 months. I'd heard whispers recently that Trimble have been trialling similar but haven't seen it. From the very first Ag442 Fieldlevel I we experienced shifts. When I had my own buckets around 5-6 years ago we started complaining about the height variations loud and long to Trimble and got the usual run around with the "no-one else has that problem" response. When I started testing this idea early in the year, it worked.

What we have done is simple and very low cost comparatively speaking so I've heard in the past few days. We started advertising we had done this a few months ago. Now I think the big advantage is that our system can be used with any GPS solution. We've trialled it with Novatel based receivers and Trimble but there's no reason it couldn't be used on any GPS hardware with the appropriate settings.

If you'd like more details go to the Facebook page and contact us through there or use my email from the profile.
