90 series openers work great. The meters are the same as the 1910 carts I beleive, and they're very accurate. An air drill in good shape will plant beans well, I have an awesome stand behind a new one, the ones crying the loudest here have drills with more than 15k acres and alot of original hardware. I think a planted bean will emerge quicker still yet however.

I have never planted rye, but as low as 19lbs/a of hybrid rice and it was spot on


The metering systems on a 1990ccs are completely different than what you get on a 1910 cart.
