Need more info on the knot. Poor knot doesn't describe what's happening.
Knot too loose and pulls apart, tails too short, tail on one end only, which end..... Each problem has its own cause and solution. Just trying to help.
I will post a few pics on the morning from my JD baler manual about knot problems and possible causes.
