| As long as you fill the trailer fairly even front to back it will be pretty close. If you fill the front more the gauge on the trailer will read light. If you fill the back more it will read heavy. If you have air bags under the truck with a gauge all the better! Actually in my experiance the gauge is really accurate. If you can get the gauges with lots of tick marks you can hit it dead nuts on. If you on level ground and it takes X pressure to support Y pounds, there will always be Y pounds on that set of axles at that pressure, each and every time. | |
