Plant in your picture is Burdock. Large lower leaves and rounded seed pods are identifiers.
Pictures below clearly show visible difference in burdock and cocklebur seedpods.
Burdock-- 1st picture , cocklebur-- 2nd picture.
Carefully remove plant and seedpods and burn it all! Dig up large carrot like root as it is a biennial plant . Seedpods scatter by attaching to wildlife, cattle and pets.
