Price seems right but week hydro could mean lots of things and could be expensive. At that price (from a dealer) I suspect they think it has problems also. I have read here on Ag Talk that if you apply breaks and move hydro handle forward it should start to stall engine. If you plan to work on it yourself I think it is worth considering, If your gonna call a Cat Mech. every time you have a problem it could be expensive to maintain.
